I had the most amazing customer service during my visit here this evening! I traveled from Orlando with my friend for an impromptu day trip to Tampa and just HAD to stop at Gong Cha go try the Harry Potter drink and get the plushie! I’m a huge fan of the movie series and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check this out while in town. I had some trouble adding the plushie to my order and received help extremely quickly and was able to complete my order perfectly. I ordered the Patronus Elderflower Powder Lime Green Tea & it’s honestly one of the best teas I’ve ever tried (& I like to try a lot of teas!). I’d recommend this place to anyone, for the environment, the friendly atmosphere, amazing customer service & the delicious drinks! I will definitely be coming back whenever I visit Tampa again:)

When visiting the Tampa area for the BTS concert, I used google maps to search for Gong Cha in the area before our trip. I was excited for the new Felix pick’s drinks, and even more excited that you had the white chocolate pistachio! The store was super super busy, and the wait was worth it. We loved the drinks and should have bought extras!

10000/10 AMAZING!!! I got the Felix pick Mango Green Tea with Star ⭐ Jellies and Milk Foam. It was absolutely, hands down the best drink I've had. We got other Matcha drinks and another boba as well, all very good. We were in town for the BTS concert and had to come to Gong Cha. It was really busy, now I know why. Thank YOU for being so amazing! We love you 💜🫶

I love visiting this place whenever I'm in town. They offered a lot of tea varieties and specialty drinks. The drinks are made quickly and the seating areas are generous.

All the drinks were so good and flavorful. The guy working was also very kind and patient to my family. He worked by himself but got the drinks out pretty quickly. I love Gong Cha.
